email pro tip

Hey Reggie,

When you send email from your iPhone, it looks like this:

From: ACME email
To: billo

This is confusing, because people don't know who you are. They do know somebody who works at your company (maybe lots of people if they work there as well). But they don't know that the mail is from you vs. official company communications.

This is happening because you filled in the "Name" field in your iOS email account settings with "ACME email" instead of your actual name "Reggie Von McPerson." The Name field in iOS account settings is YOUR name, not the account name. You should use the Description field to identify your email accounts so you can tell them apart.
