		<description>Why not just serve the files and their checksum up via a web server and put up a manifest ... have your servers poll for the manifest which has the URL of the actual file to download and its md5 sum - after that its just a download of the file - its 4-5 lines of code, you can make it more fancy if you want - its probably the easiest way ... 200 MB files should be pretty quick. You could also have your servers post somewhere else notifying that they have completed the download?</description>
